Belt Cleaner Position And Type Chosen.

1. Primary belt cleaner

It is usually installed at the front side of the head unloading drum which is located under the flowing material. This can remove most of the adhesive material.

2. Secondary belt cleaner

It can be installed at any lower position of the return conveyor belt.

Suitable for removing fine material and water slurry. lmprove cleaning efficiency to more than 95%.

3.Non-load belt cleaner

it is installed at the front end of the belt return section of the bend pulley and take-up pulley.lt is mainly used to clean the residual materials on the non-working surface of the conveyor belt, avoid the residual materials entering the surface of the pulley, and prevent damage to the conveyor belt and the pulley.
