Conveyor impact bed is an alternative tool to Impact idlers. It can absorb the force of falling material at transfer points, minimizing damage and excessive wear to the belt and structure. This also cuts down on fugitive material and runaway dust.

Impact bar is composed of three parts: UHMWPE sheet, Cushioning rubber, Alloy framework. These three parts are closely jointed by hot vulcanization process which makes sure the impact bar is integrated so well, that there is no possibility of separation.
