Supersonic siphon atomization dust separation efficiency up to 94.07% which is better than traditional ultrasonic atomization method (only 84.75%). Dust removal efficiency increases 25% also the escaperate of coal dust is 1/2.

The dust removal rate is about twice that of the traditional method, the water consumption is approxim ately 1/10, and the gas consumption is approximately 1/3. In addition, the nozzle instantaneous dust removal efficiency is 2~3% higher than that of the ultrasonic atomization method, and the total dust efficiency is the same. At the same time, the proportion of exhaled dust is reduced by 3%.

crushing, the speed of droplets inside the

several times more than that of traditional 

spray.

Lower Pressure Require

When the gas path pressure is above 0.3 Mpa,

the gravity siphon can be reversed , and when 

the gas path is 0.4 Mpa, the vacuum siphon 

pressure is 0.03 Mpa, also the atomization is

stable.
